Auspicious date to commence work (For CNY 2009)

Of late, I have been receiving calls and sms asking me the auspicious date and time to commence work (Kai Gong 开工) during CNY.

Auspicious Date will be 30 Jan 2009, Fri. (5th day of Chinese New Year)
Auspicious Time will be 3pm to 4.30pm.

Please note : born in year of Snake should AVOID using this date.

Qi Men Dun Jia tells you what is going to be asked

Last saturday evening, while I was watching the news, my mobile phone rang. I answered the call, it was my friend C. He asked whether I could help his cousin by using Qi Men Dun Jia.

I told him to hold on while I went to pick up my PDA to check the chart. The chart was as follows:

After looking at the chart, I asked him," Does your cousin want to know something about his employee?" And I quickly added," Is a lady employee!" My friend answered," Yes!" Then we went on to discuss the details on the Qi Men Dun Jia Chart.

As you can see Qi Men Dun Jia is a powerful tool, it can give you an insight what is going to be asked. Apart from that, if a person who has Qi Men Dun Jia knowledge, it would allow him to use the current time frame to choose an auspicious location to accomplish a task with least effort.

Walking out of the dark

Everybody knows that times are bad now. And everyone seems to be worried about keeping his own job, unless you have the intention to leave your present post in next couple of months.

Question is, "When can we walk out of the dark?" Using liu nian tian gan and di zhi 流年天干与地支, to analyse . Looks like things will not be getting any better for the time being. And year 2010, which is 2 years later, is going to be another challenging year ahead. Looks like going to be a long tough journey.

21 more days to X'mas eve! Ho ho ho....Merry X'mas.... Hope that this year, I will have time to take some nice photos on X'mas light up.

A rural lifestyle

A friend of mine suggested that we should pay a visit to Kranji Farm Resort, this is a newly opened resort which has a layout designed like olden days kampong but with modern facilities. Surrounding the resort are plantations such as rice, maze and sugarcane. It was indeed an eye opener for a city dweller like me, as I have never seen a big plantation in Singapore before.

Anyway for those who have lived in kampong before and miss kampong lifestyle, this may be a good place for you to recall the good old days.

As for those who have never lived in kampong before, but keen to try. You can book one of those kampong houses, there are total of 20 such houses. Not to worry about hot weather, every house is fully air-conditioned.

To make thing easier for you, a private carpark complete with automated gate is provided in front of each house. Behind the house is the balcony, which you can sit down with your loved one to enjoy stars glazing at night.

There are alot of things which you can do and find in the resort; spa, seafood restaurant, bicycle kiosk, billard, shops and many more. Apart from that, there are various types of farms in the vicinity, which you can visit. Is a good place for family outing too!
