Still remember last month, I wrote an article on new property launch selling price? I got the latest update from URA website, it shows the Median selling price for the Tree House Project is S$835 which is close to my prediction of S$850.
Talking about this project, personally I like it very much as it has one of the unique building designs. One of the blocks has vertical gardening concept in place, which can help to reduce heat from the hot scorching sun.
On top of that, the vertical gardening mingled well with the surroundings, is kind of environment friendly. Apart from that, from fengshui standpoint, this project has North-South orientation configuration which makes it more appealing!
