Which one will you choose?

If you have a choice now, which one will you choose?

A) To live near train station.

OR

B) To live away from train station.

For those who chose A, you may find your house value appreciate much faster than houses which are away from train station.

For those who chose B, you may find your house value do not appreciate that much as compared to houses that are near train station but you get to enjoy better living condition than those who live near to train station.

Personally, I feel that B is a better choice than A, because I feel that you will live happier and maybe healthier. Reason is because of lesser noise pollution for those live away from train station. In additional to that, you need to walk to the train station from your home, hence you get the chance to do a bit of exercise which can be good for your health.

So give a second thought if you are planning to buy your dream house soon!
