When is best not to take any actions.

Time 5pm to 7pm.
Time 7pm to 9pm.

The first chart shown was from 5pm to 7pm, 19 May 2010. And the second chart was from 7pm to 9pm on the same day. In Qi Men Dun Jia, both charts show that it is best not to take any actions.

This is very useful especially when you are encountering some kinds of problems and do not know what to do. The best thing to do is go for a cup of coffee first, and come back to your problem after you have crossed that particular timing.

True enough, yesterday evening I had to deal with some teething problems, which I did nothing at all from 5pm to 9pm, except that I went for a break by watching TV. And my problems were solved at 10pm.

That is the power of Qi Men Dun Jia!

A new finding

Last week, I witnessed something which I never thought it would happen. And because of that new finding, it has brought my fengshui knowledge to another new height.

Now, with that new finding, it has reaffirmed my views on certain fengshui aspect. I believe that this new findings, it will definitely help in my fengshui advise, as I will be able to quote more examples in the near future.

Still remember last month, I wrote an article on new property launch selling price? I got the latest update from URA website, it shows the Median selling price for the Tree House Project is S$835 which is close to my prediction of S$850.

Talking about this project, personally I like it very much as it has one of the unique building designs. One of the blocks has vertical gardening concept in place, which can help to reduce heat from the hot scorching sun.

On top of that, the vertical gardening mingled well with the surroundings, is kind of environment friendly. Apart from that, from fengshui standpoint, this project has North-South orientation configuration which makes it more appealing!

Auspicious dates for this whole week

For those who are planning to choose an auspicious date to carry out an important task for this week. You can choose any of these 3 dates, they are today, 17 May 2010, Thursday 20 May 2010 and Sunday 23 May 2010.

P/S : Apart from today, Sunday will be a much better date than Thursday. Unless, you are planning to do spring cleaning, then Thursday will be a better choice!

Which one will you choose?

If you have a choice now, which one will you choose?

A) To live near train station.

OR

B) To live away from train station.

For those who chose A, you may find your house value appreciate much faster than houses which are away from train station.

For those who chose B, you may find your house value do not appreciate that much as compared to houses that are near train station but you get to enjoy better living condition than those who live near to train station.

Personally, I feel that B is a better choice than A, because I feel that you will live happier and maybe healthier. Reason is because of lesser noise pollution for those live away from train station. In additional to that, you need to walk to the train station from your home, hence you get the chance to do a bit of exercise which can be good for your health.

So give a second thought if you are planning to buy your dream house soon!

How do we avoid making wrong decision

Nobody likes to make wrong decisions and having a wrong decision made can lead to many implications, which in turn can generate alot of negative aspects such as disappointment, anger and frustration. Thus, a wrong decision is a costly mistake!

Chit Chat Session

Yesterday afternoon, I had coffee session with 2 businessmen. During that session, one of them was sharing with me, his views on our current economy and what is future direction. I was surprised when he talked how people earning more money using their hands, he even quoted that in country such as Australia for example.

Yes, he was not wrong. I remember there was once when I was in Australia rented house, the house electrical breaker tipped and when I could not switch it on. And for that problem, I had to call in an electrician to rectify it, the service charge for that service was not cheap.

Talking about hands, did you know that in the current Fengshui period 8, hands are represented by 8? So if you want to ride on current good Fengshui luck, all you need to do is to find business related to hands, this will bring you more opportunities and hopefully more money. Good luck.
