Choose a new maid using face reading

My friend who recently "lost" his maid, is looking for a new one now. He knows that I do face reading, so every now and then, he would show me photo of prospective maids. So far, I have gave him a fair bit of advise on the ideal maid.

Hope that he will get a good maid soon....Okay let's wait for his update on his new maid.

Inauspicious hour

This afternoon, someone asked me a question, "If a casino operates during so called inaupicious hour, will this inauspicious hour brings good luck to gamblers?" I did not reply him, maybe I am a person who does not gamble and I do not encourage people to make a living out from gambling.

As I have seen people who went gambling and in the end, lost every single cent. And that's not all, some even resorted borrowed money from loan sharks! That would have caused alot of distress to their families. So for goodness sake, please do not gamble. If you think gambling can bring windfall, then if that the case, all Casinos will have to fold up in no time. So do not gamble if you cannot control, but if you are just purely playing it for fun, then it should be acceptable.

So good luck to you if you have decided to try your luck during the so called inauspicious timing.

Opening of 2nd IR (Sands)

In another 15 hours or so, will be the opening of our 2nd IR (Sands) at Marina. If you are free tomorrow (27 Apr 2010) at 1518hrs, you may want to join the crowds on the opening?

Anyway, heard from the news that the Grand opening is schedule on 23 June 2010. Will wait for further notice and keep you posted.

Cheers to our IRs, more places for us to shop and have fun! And I really hope that these 2 IRs will bring us prosperity!

If you believe in doing the right thing at the right time and at the right place.

Will my maid appear in the airport? - Use Qi Men Dun Jia to find answer

This afternoon, I received a sms from a friend at 2.54pm. My friend wanted to know whether his Indonesia maid would turn up at Changi airport or not?

I looked at the Qi Men Dun Jia chart based on the timing, and the chart shown negative answer.

Anyway, here are some of our sms conversation, with permission from my friend.

That was the first message (question) which my friend asked me. The white background represents my friend. While the green background represents me.

At 5.02pm, my friend forwarded his maid sms to me. After waiting for almost 1.5hr at the airport, my friend noticed his maid had sms-ed him at 4pm with the message below.
Qi Men Dun Jia is an interesting subject if you know how to put it into good use.

Inauspicious timing - Wu Bu Yu Shi 五不遇时

Yesterday afternoon, someone sought my opinion whether to carry out a task or not. By looking at the time, the 4 pillars of the time shown was an inauspicious timing, which is known as Wu Bu Yu Shi 五不遇时. It is believed that carrying out tasks at such timing is taboo!

Guess you would have easily figured out what I would have replied that person!

Updates - On the New property launch selling price

Just a couple of days ago, I wrote up an article to predict the selling price of a new property launch. The selling price is out, the price range is from S$840psf onwards for a smaller unit. The selling price is close to the price I predicted. Maybe in the next couple of days, we shall be able to read from our local newspapers on the median selling price.

Using Qi Men Dun Jia to predict selling price for a new property launch

This is Qi Men Dun Jia chart which I used to predict a new property launch. At this point of writing, the new property launch has yet to annouce their selling price. From the chart above, I deduce the median selling price will be S$850psf.

Choosing the right path to reach your destination

Life is all about choosing the right path to reach your destination. For example, when you are at a cross junction, you need to make a decision to choose which path to go. If you were to make one wrong move, the road leading to your destination may be long and difficult! On the other hand, if you have chosen the right path, the road leading to your destination might be short and easy.

Therefore, we cannot simply rely on our 6th sense or even try our luck to make such decision of choosing which path to go. Thus, to eliminate the problem of choosing the wrong path, you can have someone to guide you along the way, or you can have someone to advise you which direction to go.

So if you are at a cross junction now, why not consult a Ming Li Shi (Masters) to show you the right way? Good luck!

A bright Ming Tang 明堂

A bright Ming Tang 明堂 is referring to a big open space. And is considered good in term of fengshui, of course we need to take Flying Star Chart into consideration. But usually, with a bright Ming Tang, fengshui should not go wrong unless there are some other factors which may affect it.

On the right track?

Did you ever ask yourself this, "Am I on the right track?" And doing right things on the right timing may lead you to better result! So how do you know are you on the right track? To find out which is your right career path, you can check through Bazi analysis. Using bazi to check which element do you belong and thus, to determine which element will help you.

Once the favourable element is determined, the element will be able to tell which career will suit you well.

Flyer

One interesting thing that took place in this flyer was changing the rotating direction. It used to be rotating in a direction which was believed to be "flowing out from Singapore", but somehow, they changed to "flowing in towards Singapore direction".

With this new direction, it may bring good luck to us. Let's hope for the best!

Fountain of Wealth

Welcome to Fountain of Wealth, the largest fountain in the world. It is believed that this fountain can bring good luck to you if you were to walk in a directed direction for a number of times. While walking around the barricade, you need to stretch out your hand to feel the water gushing out from nozzles. Water is known as Cai (Wealth) in certain dialect group.

So if you want to have more wealth and good luck? You may want to try at this largest fountain, do let us know if this work on you. Good luck!

Houses by riverside

Houses by the riverside, is that your dream house? Looking at the 2 photos above, I think I have fallen in love with those lovely houses! So are houses next to riverside good or bad? Before I share my points, I would like to tell you a short story about my Project Manager who shared with me about houses' fengshui next to a river.

When I just started work more than ten years ago, my Project Manager who was at that point of time buying a property, he shared with me that houses next to riverside were not good in term of fengshui! He explained that river water had smell and it was consider unhealthy to breath those unpleasant smell, and on bad days, one may encounter dead animals in the river. So he was right, river water do have smell and sometimes dead animals do surface on the water, these may consider "bad". Apart from that, river water may overflow during heavy downpour! I have to remind you again, these pointers from my Project Manager were more than ten years ago!

If you were to visit any of our rivers now, you would have noticed that our rivers are mostly converted to water catchment areas. In other words, our rivers are our water reservoirs now! Therefore, problems such as smell and rubbish were already history! And talking about river water overflow, so far have you heard any? I do not think I ever heard of any such incidents!

Now, without those issues, can we say that fengshui is good for houses that are next to river? Well, in fengshui, we talk about "Water theory". To determine whether a house next to a river is good or not, Masters would observe the river water flow direction. If the water flow towards a correct and auspicious direction, it will bring good fortune to the house occupants. And on the other hand, if the water flows in wrong direction, it may bring bad luck to the house occupants! So remember to seek a Master's advise before buying the house. Good luck!

Bazi Term - Part 5

Usually when a lady is attractive, she tends to attract alot of men to her. But in Bazi, when a woman's Bazi Chart shows that she has too many "men" and these "men" star combine with other stars (element), this may not be a good thing for her.

The Bazi term is known as Duo Guan Duo He 多官多合。

Bazi Term - Part 4

Usually when a women suspects that her spouse is cheating on her, we can check on her Bazi to see whether is there any "peers" star (same element as her Day master) appear in her Bazi. If her Bazi reflects that she has many "peer" star and they are next to her (Day Master), this implies that Bi Jian Fan Zhong 比肩犯重. In such case, is possible that her spouse may be attracted by other ladies.

Bazi Term - Part 3

Today I will be sharing 2 Bazi terms, both refer to the output - Shang Guan 伤官. In Bazi analysis, Shang Guan means output, which can translate into a person's talent, creativeness or even speech.

However, when these 2 Bazi terms appear in a woman's Bazi chart, it means possible problems for a woman's relationship.

Shang Guan Tai Zhong 伤官太重 (Output too strong)

Shang Guan Jian Guan 伤官见官 (Output hurting the Authority Star)

Both terms are deemed to be inauspicious.

Bazi Term - Part 2

Another common term when appears on bazi chart is Guan Sha Wu Zhi 官杀无制。 This implies that there is no control on the Authority Star or Men in a women's Bazi chart. Having such term in a women's Bazi chart is deemed to be inauspicious.

Bazi Term - Part 1

I will be sharing some of the common Bazi Terms which we usually encounter when doing Bazi analysis. Hope that you will enjoy this new Bazi Term series.

One of the common Bazi terms that we can encounter in some bazi charts is - Guan Sha Hun Za 官杀混杂.

This term is not good to appear on bazi chart, especially for women. This usually implies that women will encounter some kind of relationship problems in their life time.

Do you believe in destiny?

If life is pre-destined, then that will explain the reason why things are not destined to be yours! For example, there are people who bought lottery tickets hoping that they could be the next lucky winner for the big prize. But alot of times, lady luck is not on their side, they did not get the chance to win the big prize. Instead, they got a hole on their pockets! But didn't win the big prize is not necessary a bad thing after all!

If you were to view this issue of not winning the lottery ticket positively, is can be a good thing too! In Bazi, we believe that Cai Duo Sheng Sha 财多生杀, it implies that when a person's bazi is deemed to be unfit for many "wealth" star and yet he had sudden windfall, it could spell disaster for him! Common problems after the windfall will be like health related issue or relationship matter, just to name a few.

So if you do not have such lottery luck, do not be despair. So long you have happiness and good health, this will be greatest treasure you would ever have!

Likewise, for those who are hoping to achieve certain goal in life but you could not get it no matter how much effort you have put in. Maybe, this is the time for you to sit down and relook into it, re-assess the whole situation and see how you can make use of your other "hidden potential" to achieve your goal? Good luck.

Good relationship with others 好人缘 Hao Ren Yuan

If you are wondering why there are people who are so good in their public relationship skill and they can easily mingle with people? Well, their bazi may play a part on it!

Recently I happened to see a set of Bazi which belongs to a young lady. But before we go on to her bazi, let me briefly describe the background about this lady. This lady has a pleasant look but she always seems to attract alot of attention from opposite gender! And there are times when she is with a group of ladies who are much prettier than her, the opposite gender seem to be more comfortable talking to her than her peers!Interesting isn't it?

And that's not all! The most interesting part is everywhere she goes, she seems to get help from strangers from both genders !

So what did she do that make her so popular? Taking a look at her bazi reveals everything! Her bazi consists of alot of combination among the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches, and that's could have explained the reason why she is so popular.

People with such bazi configuration, they should find a job that require them to do alot of communication with people or work in entertainment industry. But unfortunately, this lady is not working in those industries, if not she would have excel in her career.
