I always enjoy looking at those birds that fly near me. Maybe is their chirping sound attracted me, or maybe I just like the way they are, free and have alot of freedom. Fly to where ever they want to.

Qi Men Dun Jia - Is this property a good buy?

This Qi Men Dun Jia (QMDJ) analysis was done a few months back, it happened that someone consulted me whether the property she was looking at, was a good buy?

Based on the time she asked that question, I plotted the QMDJ chart using my PDA, the answer to her question was : property was good, possible that property price would increase, and she could buy despite that she had worries! True enough, she bought the property.

Now, three months after her purchase, she is sitting on paper gain if we do not take 4 years Seller's stamp fee into consideration!

Property hunting

This photo shown here is one of the recent property launch in the eastern part of Singapore. To be frank, I quite like this project as it has a great overall view of the reservoir. (Note : this is without taking fengshui factors into consideration.) And I have to say that is rather a rare project, how many houses can you find that are built so close to a reservoir?

I am back!

First, I would like to apologise to my readers who have emailed me. I am sorry that I could not reply you in time, guess I was too engrossed in Japan earthquake situation that I did not update my blog and check my emails. And the hot topic General Election also caught my attention, I was busy trying to analyse the end result using Qi Men Dun Jia.

Now I am back....I hope that I will be able to update my blog in weekly basis so that I can make up to my avid readers who had been waiting patiently for my reply.
