Qi Men Dun Jia - Is this property a good buy?

This Qi Men Dun Jia (QMDJ) analysis was done a few months back, it happened that someone consulted me whether the property she was looking at, was a good buy?

Based on the time she asked that question, I plotted the QMDJ chart using my PDA, the answer to her question was : property was good, possible that property price would increase, and she could buy despite that she had worries! True enough, she bought the property.

Now, three months after her purchase, she is sitting on paper gain if we do not take 4 years Seller's stamp fee into consideration!

Property is still hot!

Just heard from the news that property showflat is still flooded with potential buyers despite the new cooling measures which were introduced on last Monday. People are still flocking to buy since they cannot buy HDB flats? Or people are just going to showflat to crowd the place?

Well, the answer will be out in next few days. Next week, there will be another new property launch (in the East). This new project is meant for the mass market, so most likely we will know whether the cooling measures have any effect on any would be buyers. Do stay tuned in this blog!

Fengshui first, buy later!

Buying a property (house) is a big investment for many of us. And before you buy that property, one of the factors that you may want to take into consideration is Fengshui. And before you sign on the dotted line to confirm the purchase of your dream house, you may want to read the below first.

To minimise any mistakes in purchasing your dream house especially in term of fengshui. Usually, I would advise my clients to get the house fengshui check before making the commitment to purchase that property.

The reason why I encourage my clients to get the house fengshui checked first is to ensure that property does not have any inferior fengshui environment. And, of course, the best person to advise you will be a Fengshui master! By having your house fengshui check, you can be assured that should there be any alternation required, it would be much easier.

And if you feel that getting a house first and fengshui later, and to think that masters can help you to correct any short-coming in any part of fengshui issue. Then you are taking a risk. Should the house have any inferior environment, fengshui may not be necessary able to help.
