Location, location and location.
Your Property Agent or friends may have told you that when come to looking for a property, is important to factor in the location. This same theory also apply to (retail) business as well. So when come to shop location, is important to look for a place whereby human traffic is high.
But wait a minute, is a business (shop) location really that important factor? Not 100% true. I have seen some restaurants or shops which are located in Ulu (isolated) places yet their business are doing very well! And on top of that, I have to say that some of those places that I have visited are not even accessible by public transport!
Apart from location, another important factor which one may want to take into consideration is that particular person's bazi. If a person is in good luck cycle, whatever things he does, luck will be always on his side. And not forgetting Fengshui is another option which one can always use to enhance a person's luck!

When a White Tiger is strong.
If you have read my earlier post, I mentioned that in Fengshui there are 4 Celestial animals which are known as Green Dragon, White Tiger, Red Phoenix and Black Tortoise. Out of these 4 Celestial animals, ideally a White Tiger should not be stronger than Green Dragon.
When a White Tiger is strong, usually ladies tends to have "power" or hold higher authority than men in the house or office. So is this a good sign? Well, this all depend on how you look at it!

Understand the 4 Celestial animals in Fengshui
If you have read fengshui books, you may have come across the 4 celestial animals, namely : Red Phoenix, Black Tortise, Green Dragon and White Tiger.
Did you know that these 4 Celestial animals can determine a house fengshui? And if you are wondering how to find these 4 Celestial animals, is by looking at the house external surroundings. Surroundings are usually interpreted as 4 Celestical animals. If you were to stand inside a house, looking out from the house on your left will be the Green Dragon, the right is White Tiger, the front is Red phoenix and the back is Black Tortise.
Ideally, a house should have good solid backing. Having a good backing means that the Black Tortise is strong, which is good as this may help you to suceed in things you do.
A clear opening space in front of a house is a good welcome sign, as this will allow Qi to flow into the house. On top of that, a good fengshui should have a strong Green Dragon as this will help to bring wealth. Ideally, a White Tiger should not be stronger than Green Dragon as it will cause more harm than good.

Fengshui first, buy later!
Buying a property (house) is a big investment for many of us. And before you buy that property, one of the factors that you may want to take into consideration is Fengshui. And before you sign on the dotted line to confirm the purchase of your dream house, you may want to read the below first.
To minimise any mistakes in purchasing your dream house especially in term of fengshui. Usually, I would advise my clients to get the house fengshui check before making the commitment to purchase that property.
The reason why I encourage my clients to get the house fengshui checked first is to ensure that property does not have any inferior fengshui environment. And, of course, the best person to advise you will be a Fengshui master! By having your house fengshui check, you can be assured that should there be any alternation required, it would be much easier.
And if you feel that getting a house first and fengshui later, and to think that masters can help you to correct any short-coming in any part of fengshui issue. Then you are taking a risk. Should the house have any inferior environment, fengshui may not be necessary able to help.

Sound of a Toy
I know some of you out there are going to protest. How come a fengshui blog is not posting articles on fengshui? Yet there are so many articles on the unusual phenomenon. Am I changing trade soon or am I providing a new service? Well, maybe I would to take this opportunity to clear the air here.
In fact, there are people who feel that, or rather, think that Fengshui masters are someone whom they could approach and get help. They thought Fengshui masters are able to get rid of those "un-invited" guests in their houses. But wait...not all masters are trained to do that... At least, I am not. So next time, if someone really needs that kind of service, please seek the right person.
Okie, now I am going to write an unusual experience which happened to my friend. But before I move on to write the next article here. I want to pre-warned you, what you are going to read next is something got to do with the unnatural phenomenon. Therefore, if you think that you have a weak heart or you are someone who is dreadful of unnatural phenomenon, my advise to you is to give this blog a miss. However, if you choose to continue to read. You are reading at your own risk! Please note that I will NOT be liable for anything that may happen or arise!
This evening, a friend contacted me and shared with me his unusual experience that just happened this afternoon around 12noon. My friend lives in 5 room HDB flat, together with his wife and his young daughter. Their unit is considered big for your information.
Let me side-track a bit, this is just in case that you do not know. In Fengshui, is it better to have a "well-balanced" figure (number) of people living under the same roof. Assuming if a house is too big and the number of occupiers in the big house is just only one or two, this may lead to un-balanced Ying and Yang energy in the house. In such instance, such houses may "invite" un-invited guest to stay in the house.
Okay, back to my friend's house. This afternoon, my friend was in the living room when suddenly he heard sounds coming out from one of the rooms. But there was no one in the house except himself. Initially, my friend thought that he could have heard wrongly but the sounds continued to emit from the room.
After paying attention to the sound again, my friend realised that the sound was from his daughter's toy! Then he knew something was amiss! Without any further delay, my friend went to that room, the toy was laying on the floor - motionless and soundless. My friend quickly pleaded to the what-so-ever to leave them alone. After that, my friend quickly left for temple. As what happened later, I really do not know. My guess is everything should be alright. If not, my friend would not be able to share with me this story.

Property Agent
A friend of mine knew that I am into Fengshui, she asked me, "Why not you become a Property Agent?" Well, in my heart I knew that with my fengshui knowledge, I would definitely able to provide an added service to my prospect buyers.
But there again, I can be very choosy when come to choosing a house. Ask my clients who had engaged my house selection service before. The process of choosing the right house can be time-consuming, but for the sake of getting a good fengshui, the search was worthwhile! And the most encouraging thing was to hear from my clients that their new home brought them good luck!
So back to the question of becoming a Property Agent. Well, if the new property has good fengshui, maybe I can consider that.

An unusual guest
This posting has nothing to do with fengshui and before I continue. Let me pre-warned you, what you are going to read next is something got to do with the unnatural phenomenon. Therefore, if you think that you have a weak heart or you are someone who is dreadful of unnatural phenomenon, my advise to you is to give this blog a miss. Like what I always believe in, thing happened for a reason.
Okay, let me begin......This afternoon my friend msn-ed me, he was sharing with me that his wife's Uncle passed away after a long struggle, this uncle was suffering from a terminal illness. And before he passed away, he "created" miracles despite that he was very sick.
"So what miracles did he create?", you ask. Well, he survived for the last 3 years! Initially, Doctors did not pin too high hope for that kind of terminal illness, they thought that he would not have lived that long but he had proven them otherwise. His strong will to live had made him through for the last 3 years. To cut the story short, during the last 3 years, he had fulfilled so many wishes.
Now, back to the conversation which I had with my friend in the msn chat box. My friend was sharing with me that prior to the news of that uncle passed away, my friend was in his living room and he saw an unwelcome "guest" on top of TV console, it was a praying mantis. He said that the sighting of praying mantis did not make him feel good. In fact, he had an uneasy feeling.
Despite that unwelcome "guest" on top of TV console, my friend caught it and set it free. After that, it did not take him very long to hear the sad news....
Talking about insects, I am going to relate another similar incident which had happened to me. It was 9 years ago, and I was living in Australia back then.
I remember that incident happened sometime near winter period, it was still cold. One afternoon, while I was in my room, I looked out out of my window and I saw an unwelcome guest sticking outside my window panel. It was a HUGE grasshopper! Gosh...I have never seen such a huge grasshopper in my entire life before, it was unusual big, about 4 inches long!
Anyway, I did not pay much attention to that grasshopper as my windows were closed, there was no way that it could make it through my room. I thought it would go away to search for food some time later. So the day passed quickly without me realising that it was already night fall, and before I knew the next thing, it was already morning!
What surprised me was the grasshopper, it was still there sticking onto my window panel. To think that it had survived the cold night out there and the most amazing thing was, it did not even move from it's original position when I first saw it. Strange I thought. And that grasshopper continue to stay put on that position during the second night.
The next morning, the grasshopper was no longer there. I felt good for a while, finally that grasshopper had left! But that good feeling was short-lived. What shocked me was the grasshopper was laying lifeless outside my kitchen balcony. I was speechless for a moment.
Soon, this unusual phenomenon made me felt uneasy. I started to worry for my elderly grandmother whom was back in Singapore. But I did not call back home to check, as I did not want to alarm my family on my unusual encounter. What I could do was to ICQ with my cousin to check everything was alright. Phew, I felt a great relief when my cousin told me that grandmother was good.
Well, for the rest of my stay there, there was no bad news from my family or relatives. When I finally made it home (Singapore) after my graduation. At one of my usual Sundays gathering with relatives, one of my cousins asked me a weird question, "Didn't you realise that someone is not with us?" I was puzzled for a split second and I could not name anyone in particular. What happened next was a shocking news to me, an Uncle passed away during my absence.
And guess what? The time he passed away is believed to be the same time when I saw the grasshopper sticking on my window panel in Australia. Maybe that was him trying to bid farewell to me.
