This is my first time to Marina Pier, the party was held on top of the rooftop.
There were more than 30 tables. I was there a bit early, to enjoy the beautiful seaview.

A lonely lady.... or another early bird?
A temporary tentage. The restaurant boss told me that tentage was set up based on last min decision, after he saw the weather forecast that rains were expected. Thanks goodness, there wasn't any rain.
After dinner, there was a cruise to nowhere. Waiting at the jetty to embark on the boat.
The 1 hr and 10 min cruise. We set off at 10.20pm, the cruise to nowhere. Anyway, we passed by the Marina Barriage and flyer.
Back to Marina Pier, everybody was waiting for the countdown. Guess the ambience was a bit different, countdown party in a "Chinese" style. In case you are wondering, there were other nationalities in that countdown party.
Time to countdown....
Guess what happened next?
Firework!
Loud explosion of fireworks. Beautiful!
The firework display lasted for more than ten min, I suppose. But did not really time it.
