Colours of elements

While I was walking past this row of colourful shophouses, I paused for a second, I wondered whether the paint colours used in the shophouses' facade were to represent the five elements? Or the designer simply designed the paint colour in this manner?


But whatever it is, I think the colourful paint really caught my attention. Only two words to describe it, is simply beautiful! Maybe like what people always say, simple is beautiful Jian Dan Jiu Shi Mei 间单就事美?
